London delivery

The small print, made clear

Our policies

How ordering, delivery, refunds and your personal information work at Agric London — written in plain English.

Last updated 7 October 2026

These policies explain how ordering from Agric London works, how we deliver, what happens if something goes wrong and how we look after your personal information. If anything is unclear, please contact us — we’re happy to explain.

Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Your order

  • Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we have confirmed your payment, at which point a contract is formed between you and Agric London.
  • We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product becomes unavailable, a price was shown in error or we cannot deliver to your address. If we do, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid in full.
  • Product photos are for illustration. As natural, seasonal produce, size, colour and variety may vary slightly between batches.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown in your basket before you order.
  • Payment must be made in full, using the method and details shown on your order confirmation page, before your order is dispatched. See our Payment Guide.
  • Unpaid orders may be cancelled after 48 hours.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our produce must be of satisfactory quality, as described and fit for purpose.

Delivery Policy

  • Where we deliver: daily across London, and next-day to Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Glasgow. See all delivery areas.
  • Delivery cost: £4.50 per order, free on orders of £30 or more.
  • Delivery times: London orders placed and paid for before 2pm on a working day are delivered the next day. Orders to other cities usually arrive the next working day after dispatch.
  • Safe places: if you won’t be in, add a safe place in the delivery notes at checkout. Once delivered to the address or safe place you gave us, the produce is your responsibility — please refrigerate it promptly.
  • Delays: if a delivery is delayed by something outside our control (such as severe weather or road closures) we will contact you to rearrange it.

Returns and Refunds

Our produce is fresh and perishable, so we cannot accept returns if you change your mind. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day cancellation period does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly.

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, missing or not of satisfactory quality, we will put it right:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order reference.
  2. Include a photo of the affected items and their packaging.
  3. We will review your request within one working day and offer a replacement, a refund for the affected items or credit on your next order.

Approved refunds are sent within 3 working days. Full details are on our Request a Refund page.

Privacy Policy

Agric London is the controller of the personal information you give us. We handle it in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

  • Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address.
  • Your order details, delivery notes and the payment method you chose. We do not receive or store card numbers, bank logins or wallet keys.
  • Messages you send us through our contact form or by email, and any reviews you choose to leave.

How we use it

  • To process, deliver and support your order (the lawful basis is performing our contract with you).
  • To reply to your enquiries and handle refunds or complaints.
  • To keep accounting records we are legally required to keep (legal obligation).

We never sell your information. We only share it with the people who help us fulfil your order, such as our delivery partners, and only as much as they need.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years to meet UK tax and accounting rules. Contact messages are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

We use a small number of essential cookies to make this website work — for example, to remember what’s in your basket as you move between pages. These cookies don’t track you across other websites and are removed when you close your browser.

If we add analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

Contact and Complaints
